1. General terms and conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products on the jbangla platform. By accessing jbangla via our website, mobile app, or any other channel, you automatically agree to these terms.

Jbangla is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. If online gaming is prohibited by law in your country, we strongly advise against registering or using our services.

2. Account & registration

2.3 Updating your information

If any of your account details change (address, phone number, etc.), please update them as soon as possible. jbangla is not liable for any transaction issues arising from outdated information.

3. Identity verification (KYC)

Jbangla complies with international anti-money laundering policies. As a result, identity verification may be required for each account.

3.1 Required documents

• Government-issued ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (if required)

Without completed KYC, withdrawals may be restricted or suspended. We aim to complete verification within 72 hours of receiving your documents.

4. Deposits & withdrawals

4.1 Deposit rules

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. In some cases, it may take 1 to 3 hours.
• Deposits can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or electronic wallets.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal rules

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Incomplete KYC may result in large withdrawals being placed on hold.

5. Bonus & promotion terms

All bonus and promotional offers on jbangla are subject to the general terms below. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific conditions.

5.1 General bonus terms

• Each user may claim a bonus offer only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when playing with bonus funds.
• If a user is found to be abusing the bonus system, their bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

5.2 Bonus forfeiture conditions

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
• Registering using a third party's details
• Using bonuses solely for the purpose of withdrawing (bonus hunting)
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device

6. Betting rules

6.1 Bet acceptance

A bet is only valid once the system confirms it and a confirmation appears on the bet slip. Unconfirmed bets are not considered valid.

6.2 Odds changes

• If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jbangla reserves the right to void the affected bets.

6.3 Match cancellation or postponement

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled after it has started, the bet will generally be considered void.
• In an accumulator bet, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections will be recalculated using the remaining odds.

6.4 Maximum winnings limit

A maximum win limit applies to each match and market. Please confirm the applicable limit before placing bets at high odds. jbangla is not obligated to pay out any amount exceeding this limit.

7. Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jbangla:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using another person's identity
• Using betting software or bots
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Participating in match fixing or any other form of dishonest betting activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to jbangla's systems

8. Privacy & data protection
